Understand your plan
We sit with you to unpack your NDIS plan in plain language: what each budget is for and how it can work for your goals.
Our service
A Support Coordinator helps you make the most of your NDIS plan: understanding your funding, choosing quality providers, and building the skills and confidence to direct your own supports over time.
The essentials
Support Coordination is a capacity-building support funded in many NDIS plans. Its purpose is simple: to help you understand and use your plan so you can pursue the goals that matter to you.
As your Support Coordinator, we’re your single point of contact across the NDIS. We connect the dots between providers, mainstream services, family and community, and we coach you along the way, so you build the knowledge and confidence to take the lead over time.
We provide Level 2: Coordination of Supports, focused on coordinating your supports and strengthening your ability to direct them independently.
Day to day
Six ways we turn a complex system into clear, confident progress for you.
We sit with you to unpack your NDIS plan in plain language: what each budget is for and how it can work for your goals.
We help you find, compare and engage providers and community services that genuinely fit your needs and preferences.
We keep appointments, service agreements, bookings and providers all aligned, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our aim is your independence. We coach and support you to understand and direct your own supports with growing confidence.
We track how your supports are tracking and prepare clear evidence so your plan reassessment reflects your real needs.
When things get complex or urgent, you have a responsive coordinator who knows your situation and acts quickly.

Send us a copy of your plan or simply get in touch. There’s no cost to ask, and no obligation. If it’s not funded, we’ll point you toward the right next step.
